When it comes time to celebrate Valentine’s Day you can never go wrong by indulging in cocktails and dessert. Today I am sharing four Baileys Irish Cream cocktail recipes that are paired with desserts. These pairings can be done solo or set up as a dessert bar to really impress your guests or sweetheart.
We are sharing the entire drinks menu but we’ll leave the fancy dessert creations for you to pick up at your local bakery. Go for the good stuff on the desserts and you will win the heart of your loved one this Valentine’s day!

Pairing 1: Macaroons & Truffles Paired with a Chocolate Covered Cherry
Recipe: Chocolate Covered Cherry
Ingredients
- 1 ounce of Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 ounce of vodka
- ½ ounce of maraschino cherry juice
- ½ ounce of chocolate syrup
- ½ cup of ice
- Garnish: maraschino cherries
Instructions
- Add Baileys Irish Cream, vodka, maraschino cherry juice, chocolate syrup, and ice to a cocktail shaker
- Shake mixture then strain into martini glass
Serves: 1
Pairing 2: Mint Chocolate Mini Cake Paired with a Baileys Grasshopper
Recipe: Baileys Grasshopper
Ingredients
- 1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 ounce crème de menthe
- 1 ounce of cream
- ½ ounce of chocolate syrup
- ½ cup of ice
- Garnish: crumbled mint cookies
Instructions
- Drizzle chocolate syrup in the bottom of the serving glass
- Add Baileys Irish Cream, crème de menthe, cream, and ice to a shaker
- Shake mixture then strain into serving glass

Pairing 3: Tart Paired with Baileys on a Rock
Recipe: Baileys on a Rock
Ingredients
- 2 ounces of Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 sphere ice cube
Instructions
- Pour Baileys Irish Cream over an ice sphere

Pairing 4: Espresso Cheesecake Paired with a Nutty Irishman
Recipe: Nutty Irishman
Ingredients
- 1 ounce of Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 ounce of hazelnut liqueur
- 5 ounces of coffee
- Garnish: whipped cream
Instructions
- Pour Baileys Irish Cream, hazelnut liqueur, and coffee into serving glass
- Stir mixture then top with whipped cream
