As you probably already know I love taking classic cocktails and making them seasonal. So, the addition of blood orange juice really adds some notes of citrus and sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce of Campari
  • 1 ounce of gin
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth
  • ½ ounce blood orange juice
  • 1 cup of ice
  • Garnish: Blood orange slice

Instructions

  • Fill mixing glass with ice
  • Add ingredients and stir until diluted to your liking
  • Strain over fresh ice
