For almost 40 years, Lallemand Biofuels & Distilled Spirits (LBDS) in collaboration with the Ethanol Technology Institute has proposed to the distilled spirits and the fuel ethanol producers the Alcohol School which covers multidisciplinary sciences of ethanol production.
