Direct to Consumer (DTC) shipping laws for distilled spirits vary widely by state. Many states allow Intrastate – direct shipping within their own state,  while some states allow Interstate – direct shipping between states. And some states have reciprocal shipping agreements between specific states. These laws and guidelines are constantly changing especially these days with the Coronavirus.
