How to Make a Frozen Spicy Pineapple and Coconut Daiquiri Cocktail
I am currently obsessed with everything pineapple and coconut together. I love how pineapple brings sweetness and tang to a cocktail. I also love how fresh pineapple juice makes you feel like you are somewhere tropical even though you may be siting in the rain.
To start I don’t really love sweet cocktails but today I have also added a spicy component to balance out the pineapple juice as well as coconut to balance the heat. Meet the frozen spicy pineapple and coconut daiquiri. I usually prefer daiquiris on the rocks but this one is so good frozen with chunks of pineapple and creaminess of the coconut present itself almost like a spiked smoothie.

Recipe: Frozen Spicy Pineapple and Coconut Daiquiri
- 2 ounces of rum
- 2 ounces of pineapple juice
- 1 ounce of coconut milk
- 1 -2 teaspoons of jalapeno simple syrup (depending on the sweetness and heat of the syrup
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1/2 to 1 cup ice
Garnish: Tajin rim and pineapple wedge
- To a blender add all ingredients
- Blend mixture, rim serving glass, and pour mixture into serving glass
- Top with garnishes
