Head Distillery Caley Shoemaker learned her craft at Stranahan’s whiskey (she’s a Denver native) and has been over at Hangar 1 for about three years where in addition to distilling, she’s also overseeing the build-out for a brand new Visitor’s Center at the Distillery that’s set to open later this summer.
