A big part of Cardinal Spirits is our Private Label and Copacking division, where we produce craft spirits for startup distilleries, mid-size companies, and international brands.
We are creating a new position for a Copacking Director to lead the growth of this division.
The objective of this position is to “own” all aspects of this division. They will manage all interactions between our private label clients and our Production team. They will be responsible for account management, business development, and coordination between our clients and the Cardinal R&D team, coordinating with the Production Manager for materials procurement, and managing all details of new product development and production for existing and new clients.
The ideal candidate will have:
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to grow
- Extremely strong project management abilities.
- 5 years of experience managing accounts in the food and beverage industry
- A Bachelors’ degree
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and be a self-starter
- The desire to help grow the company through business development
