One of those featured cocktails which is a twist on a beloved classic is the Oak Fashioned. This site-specific cocktail is presented in a glass full of twisting and billowing clouds of Smoked City Park Oak that lingers over the bourbon. Bourbon, Luxardo Cherry, and Orange in the Smoked Glass deliver a real taste of place.




The Oak Fashioned is a treat for the eyes, nose and your taste buds.


How to Make the Oak Fashioned Cocktail


Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Bourbon
  • 1 Sugar Cube
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 2 Luxardo Cherries
  • Orange peel

Instructions

  • Place sugar in small shaker and soak with bitters
  • Add ice then bourbon
  • Stir gently, then strain into glass with ice ball
  • Garnish with cherries and orange twist
  • When ready to serve place coaster on top of glass and smoke
  • Remove coaster table side
