A few drops of water can unlock a lot of complexity in your straight whisky. Throw in a pairing of your favorite bourbon, scotch or rye with smoked ribs, pulled pork, pecan pie, seafood, steak or chocolate and see where it takes you. You may not agree with these choices shared by the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet but you’ll sure have fun giving them each a taste test.
