Congratulations to Wilderness Trail Distillery in Danville, Kentucky on reaching their 10-Year Anniversary milestone. Wilderness Trail was founded in 2013 by Dr. Pat Heist and Shane Baker. In the spirits industry this dynamic duo is often referred to as the ‘Science Guys of Whiskey’.
Well, long before they were the science guys of whiskey, they were the science guys of Rock n’ Roll when they had their own band in college. While they may have turned all their science toward whiskey over the past decade, Dr. Pat is still rockin’ out with his own band. Here is a collection of performances featuring Dr. Pat on lead vocals along with his band Zella May.
