Event Details

David Reed has been painting for over 30 years, primarily large impressionistic canvases. He has sold hundreds of his works in Atlanta, Georgia, Washington, DC and internationally. His recent series of Bourbon Distilleries that the Kentucky State Journal called “enchanting” will be on display March 18, 2016 in Lexington, Ky.

David’s traveled all over the state of Kentucky to many of the historic distilleries to bring new life to these beauties via his canvas using oil paint, brushes, knives, and fingers. Like a fine aged bourbon, David’s artwork takes just the right amount of time, craft and aging to get it just right. His Bourbon Distillery series will be on display at Source on High, 518 East High Street, Lexington, KY as a part of LexArts HOP. The original paintings as well as prints will be available for sale at the show.
