      Cash is the lifeblood of any business. It is arguably more important than profitability. In this hands on workshop, participants will create their own cash flow forecast spreadsheet using their own financial data. The session will open and close with classroom-style instruction, and in the middle of the session participants will get one-on-one attention with a CPA who specializes in accounting for distillers. Each participant will leave with a customized cash flow document and knowledge of how to use it as a management tool for their business.
