In this hands on workshop, participants will create their own cash flow forecast spreadsheet using their own financial data. The session will open and close with classroom-style instruction, and in the middle of the session participants will get one-on-one attention with a CPA who specializes in accounting for distillers. Each participant will leave with a customized cash flow document and knowledge of how to use it as a management tool for their business.
