Today I am sharing a twist on the classic Moscow mule. Obviously, it has rum instead of vodka and roasted grapefruit. The bitter flavor of the roasted grapefruit balances the sweetness of the ginger beer! This drink would also be good as a punch because you could roast a batch of grapefruit and float them in the punch. Let’s make this weekend wonderful with this rum Moscow mule! Cheers!
